Personnel Action Requests (PAR) and Document Type 075, Performance Appraisal, Added to EmpowHR CI Tool

Summary

Additional Nature of Action Codes (NOACs) have been added to the EmpowHR CI Tool. The NOACs listed below, as published by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, are now available in the EmpowHR CI Tool:

Note: For Personnel Action Request (PAR) NOACs added to CI Tool, SSN/EmplD, Sub Agency, POI, Effective Date, and Action Date are required fields and needed on each PAR NOAC.

The Payroll Document Type 075, Performance Appraisal, has also been added to the EmpowHR CI Tool. The 075 Performance Appraisal document is the only Payroll Document currently available in the EmpowHR CI Tool.

Implementation

To create a new version of the PAR Mass Action Template (Excel to CI Tool) on the connection information worksheet, add NOACs 292, 302, 317, 355, 357, 450, 460, 471, 472, 473, 773, 780, 792, 883, 890, 908, 939, to the drop down list. The user selects the NOAC from the drop down, fills in fields, then submits to EmpowHR.

To create a new version of the 075 Payroll Document Mass Action Template (Excel to CI Tool), users can use the new EmpowHR Payroll Doc 075 CI Tool to process performance appraisals in EmpowHR.

Select the Publications tab, select System Documentation from the Publications Library section, and then select the applicable system/application page to access the procedure manual.
